Ingredients:
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 2 zucchinis, sliced
- 2 ears corn, husked
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup feta cheese
- Fresh basil
Instructions:
- Cook orzo; drain.
- Grill zucchini and corn 5-7 mins.
- Cut corn off cob, chop zucchini.
- Toss with orzo, oil, lemon, salt, pepper.
- Top with feta and basil.
